Dark Chocolate Rocky Road Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pkt marshmallow
  • 1 pkt red raspberries lollies or any jelly chewy lollies of your choosing
  • ½ cup scotch finger biscuits
  • 1 cup coconut, desiccated 
  • 1 block (375g) dark chocolate
  • Any decorations you wish to use 
Method:
  1. Melt the chocolate either in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or by melting it over boiling water until smooth.
  2. Line all the ingredients in a bowl then add the melted chocolate and mix together.
  3.  Line a deep baking tray with baking paper and put out the rocky road mixture in the tray then decoration with what you desire.
  4. Put in the fridge to chill for 3 to 4 hours or until the chocolate is set.
